My wife & I have had a terrible FTD experience ,,,,,,,,, on Sunday Feb.22 she went on line FTD to order flowers for her mothers birthday , they winter in arizona . she ordered some flowers to be delievered on feb 25 her moms bday . got home from work at 4:00 called her mom no flowers yet. called Ftd they said dont worry we still have till 5:00 to get there. 15 min later someone called back said sorry no florist availble if you want choose a gift box we can have it there by Friday... so much for moms birthday why was she not told this on sunday or monday at the latest sorry FTD you FAILED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!
